Hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed via AirBnB. Absolutely gorgeous condo, literally the best possible views in Asheville. We were able to just pop in and out for food, walk around town, it’s in the middle of everything. We had debated staying further away from the city center or over by the River Arts District and are SO GLAD we chose this place. Perfect combination of luxury, location, comfort…and for the price it’s way larger and more luxurious than any proper hotel in the area. Will definitely book again next time we come to town.

This is by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at!! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the attention to detail is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need. From start to finish it was perfect. It was so spotlessly clean… The kitchen looks like something out of a magazine… The bed was so comfortable with super nice cotton sheets, and the bathroom is beyond luxury. And the views from the floor to ceiling windows are gorgeous. You can’t beat the location, literally bang smack in the middle of downtown Asheville next to Pack Square. We walked everywhere!! … I am already thinking about our next trip and we will definitely be staying here!!

Wow—what a spectacular stay at Arras Vacation Rentals in Asheville, NC! We landed in unit #1002, a stunning corner condo perched on the 10th floor of the Arras building, with floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping around two sides and framing jaw-dropping views of the city and mountains. This place is decked out. From the sleek full kitchen to the spa-worthy walk-in shower and the ultra-comfy bed, every detail was thoughtfully designed. Honestly, there were more amenities than I can list here—it felt like a luxury hotel with the soul of a stylish home. We’re in Asheville often for both business and pleasure, and this condo just became our go-to. You can walk to everything downtown, and the views? Absolutely unparalleled.

My family has stayed in downtown Asheville many times, and this was by far our favorite ever. The location is perfect, and the unit is exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures (if not more impressive). Very clean and new with incredible views of the city and surrounding mountains with huge sliding windows that open to everything. The hotel staff was exceptional as well… We will stay here again when we return to our favorite city in the east!

Just perfect! Pure luxury living in downtown Asheville. This place has it all. Modern design, new appliances and comfy furniture. The city and mountain views are stunning and provide peaceful vibes at every moment throughout the day. The central location gives you walkable access to tons of great restaurants… It was my home for a week and I was sad to go. If I’m ever back in Asheville I will 100% stay here again. I couldn’t recommend it more.

This was the best home rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot! The apartment had stunning views and everything was brand new. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked… But the best part was the location. You can’t get more central to the action. We were able to walk everywhere…to restaurants, bars, breweries and tours. We will be back!

Clean, comfy and cozy with outstanding views of downtown and the mountains. Beautiful sunrise right outside the windows. Very safe building. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Booking online was easy. Communication via email and texts were timely and Arras Vacation Rentals were always available in a timely manner when needed. Instructions for check in and were effortless!! The condo was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Location was right in the middle of downtown. Walkable to everything. I will return. Thank you Arras Vacation Rentals for a wonderful getaway! Outstanding management team! They truly strive to make a guest feel most comfortable and valued. This place is everything advertised. Location can not be any better in Asheville—we were right in the center of downtown, walkable to all things. The unit was fantastic, clean and every bit as nice as photos make it appear. We loved sitting in the chairs by the window and admiring the spectacular view… Host was super accommodating and quick on all communication. This was definitely a 10/10, and we will be back here.

The property was completely as advertised. It is convenient to everything in Downtown Asheville. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO rental. The views of the Blue Ridge Mountains was incredible. The apartment was immaculate… The staff at the Arras and the property manager went out of their way to be responsive to all of our needs and questions.

One of the best stays ever. I used the Blue Ridge Escape corner unit for both business meetings (perfect) and pleasure. It’s one of the most thoughtfully appointed/stocked and well-managed properties I’ve ever used. The wrap-around, floor to ceiling mountain views are stunning and the hotel downstairs has excellent service, a surprisingly fine restaurant, and top notch amenities. Great location for walking, shopping and eating in Asheville. Can’t say enough about this place.
