Whether you’re staying for a week or an entire season, enjoy this magnificent west-facing condo with skyline views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the heart of downtown Asheville. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an expansive open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The breakfast bar seats four and the living room has a sleeper sofa for two, as well a cozy chair and a 55” cable TV, along with 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi to log on and stream your latest binge worthy shows. Perfect for waking up in the morning or winding down in the evening, the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass window in the living room opens, allowing for fresh air and unbeatable views of the city and mountains beyond.

Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, an extra chair and a 55” cable TV. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.

The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dyer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods.

Mountain Serenity is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artist that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay. Mountain Serenity is pet-friendly with guests permitted to bring a maximum of one pet. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome in Mountain Serenity.

Access
After you book your stay in Mountain Serenity, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. In the confirmation email there will be a link to electronically sign the lease agreement. We require this to be signed and returned before we will release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. This text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.

Parking
When you book your stay at Mountain Serenity, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking at just $29 a night. You will have full access to come and go as you please. You also have the option to self-park in the city. If you are ride sharing into town, please let us know after booking so we can remove the parking charge for you. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-served and the closet parking garage is right across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC hotel. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20.

Building Amenities
Included in your stay at Mountain Serenity is access to the building’s gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

With amazing views, access to valet parking, our state-of-the-art gym and relaxing massage offerings, we’re here to ensure your time away from home is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. An additional amenity available to you when booking Mountain Serenity are our in-house food & beverage offerings, conveniently located on the first floor. Our culinary partners are proud to bring you an irresistible casual yet fine dining restaurant with Bargello, offering a menu inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, as well as the inviting bar and lounge, District 42, serving a collection of seasonal and craft cocktails and shareable small plates. This was our 3rd time staying with Arras Vacation Rentals and it was, as always, a delight. The unit, which was already in pristine condition, had been freshened up since we were last there with new pillows and decorative accents, and a much-appreciated Keurig coffee making. Everything was perfect.

The Arras team was awesome! From the. very beginning booking the rooms to follow up before arriving and checking in. On the other hand, we had problems with personnel from the Kimpton Hotel who seemed confused upon one of our guests arrivals. All others were no problem!
