CHECKING IN TO YOUR CONDO UNIT
You will receive a text message the evening prior to your arrival day with the access code to the lockbox located outside of the condo. Inside the lock box are 2 keys fobs and one key, the key fobs will access the elevators and open the door to the condo. The key is for usage of the slider window located in the condo. Upon check out, please return the key fobs to the lock box.

PARKING
Valet parking is available at an additional $29/night. The valet deck is accessible off Patton Ave. You will have the choice of valet parking when you book your stay with us, or you can choose to self-park in the city. The closest parking garage is located at 16 Broadway Street, attached to the AC hotel. Self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-serve. Valet parking offers electric car charging, for those who are taking the step to reduce their carbon footprint; included Teslas. Please inform the valet company upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges $10-$20.

CANCELLATION POLICY
>14 Days: Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days of check-in date are eligible for a full refund. 
14-7 Days: Cancellations that are made between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days ahead of the check-in date, are eligible for a fifty (50) percent refund. 
<7 Days: Cancellations that are made seven (7) days ahead of the check-in date forfeit all payments, including taxes, and fees, with the exceptions - in the case of a full cancellations - of cleaning fees. 
*Early departure does not warrant a refund of stay

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS
The fitness center is located on the third floor. and is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, Rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching.

CLOSEST GROCERY STORES
Just a short drive away off Merrimon Avenue is a Whole Foods (0.6 miles away), Trader Joe’s (0.6 miles away) and Harris Teeter (0.7 miles away). Additionally, the French Broad Food Co-Op (0.3 miles away) is walkable from the Arras building, offering a host of healthy, organic food items.
